If you’ve ordered the wrong product or you’re unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please do. You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to do so. You will need to send it back to us with the contents unopened and the crate box undamaged via tracked shipping. Babe, please note that return mail costs are your responsibility.
Email us at email@example.com for our returns address. The B&G team will gladly refund your order if there’s a mix up.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know we’ve got your returned items and that a refund has been processed.
For health and safety reasons we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
