Queen B’s Soak


A bath fit for a queen.  Our main babe Cleopatra was a big fan of milk and honey baths, and once you’ve tried one you’ll see why. Almond milk is a powerhouse of vitamin E and other minerals which fight free radicals and soothe the skin. Honey is antibacterial (great for keeping spots away), incredibly soothing (goodbye redness) and moisturising (hello softness).  Throw in a handful of rose petals coz they’re totally pretty and instagram ready, for a truly indulgent soak worthy of a queen.

Ingredients:

  100ml almond milk

 

    2 tablespoon of Manuka honey

 

   1 handful of rose petals

 

 

Makes:  one treatment

How long it lasts: Whip it up fresh each time you use it babe!

Time it takes to blend & glow: 15 minutes

How to blend & glow:

1. Gently warm the milk and honey, until the honey dissolves fully into the milk. Do not bring to the boil.

2. Allow the mixture to cool.

3. Pour the milk and honey soak into a hot bath.

4. Lie back in the bath, relax and gently rub your skin with a damp washcloth to remove dead skin cells.

5. Rinse your body.

Twists you should try:

Try adding 1 -2 drops of essential oils depending on your mood. We love adding calm mood food or empowering mood food depending on where your heads at. You can also swap almond milk for oat milk or coconut milk

Top tips for blend yourself beauty success:

Make sure your bath isn’t too hot, it should feel comfortable to sit in. We find 20 minutes of soaking does the trick.
