Pump it up gurl soak


Hey gym bunny, muscles feeling sore after pumping it at the gym? Never fear, B&G is here with a relaxing soak that will soothe those sore muscles and unwind your mind. Some babes and celebs find this a cheeky treat to help fit into their skinny jeans ahead of a night out (try it out for yourself). Epsom salts are full of magnesium which draw impurities out of your skin, whilst olive oil  keeps your pins silky smooth. Add a couple of drops of lavender to calm the mind.

Ingredients:

    80g Epsom salts

 

   20g Olive Oil

 

 1 – 2 drops lavender or rose oil (optional: before you add check out our b&g kitchen guide here)

 

 

Makes:  100g (enough for 2 bath times)

How long it lasts: Lasts up to 6 months in an airtight jar

Time it takes to blend & glow: 10 minutes

How to blend & glow:

1. Combine your salts and olive oil and stir well

2. Store in an airtight jar

3. Take a scoop of soak, 1 – 2 drops of your essential oil and add into running water
